Purpose
These Terms of Use define the rules applicable to the use of Tondnso services.
Account creation
Using the service requires an account with:
- a valid email address;
- a strong password;
- accurate and up-to-date information.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, or have parental authorization.
User commitments
Users must not:
- host or distribute unlawful content (including child abuse material, terrorist content or counterfeit material);
- use the service for spam, malware, phishing or fraudulent activities;
- abuse resources (cryptomining, unauthorized bots);
- exceed subscribed storage quotas without upgrading.
Tondnso commitments
Tondnso commits to:
- maintain reasonable service availability;
- preserve data confidentiality;
- perform regular backups.
Suspension and termination
In case of Terms violation, Tondnso may suspend or terminate access proportionally to the breach severity.
Changes to Terms
Tondnso may update these Terms with 30 days prior notice before effective date, except legal/security emergencies.
Assignment
User rights and obligations may not be assigned without prior written approval from Tondnso.
