Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern subscription and delivery of Tondnso sovereign cloud storage services.
Service description
Tondnso provides three plans:
- Karambisi
- Beydari
- Baarakela

Pricing
Applicable prices are those shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time; changes do not impact the already paid billing period.
Subscription process
Subscription includes:
- account creation/validation;
- plan and currency selection;
- payment through Stripe (EUR/USD) or CinetPay (XOF).
Payment terms
- Stripe: card payments in EUR/USD.
- CinetPay: Mobile Money payments in XOF.
Payment is due at subscription and each renewal date.
Right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, Article L221-18)
For a first payment only, customers have 14 days (variable RETRACTATION_DAYS) from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Automatic renewal and failed renewal lifecycle
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected cycle (monthly/yearly or frequency displayed at checkout), unless cancelled by the customer.
In case of failed renewal:
- D0: payment fails, Stripe retry cycle starts.
- D0 -> D21: Stripe retry period (21 days, variable
GRACE_PERIOD_DAYS). - At D21: account switches to read-only mode.
- D21 -> D51: read-only period for 30 days (variable
READONLY_PERIOD_DAYS). - At D51: permanent deletion of data.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel at any time from their account. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
Data retention after cancellation / failed renewal
After read-only ends, retention is controlled by DATA_RETENTION_AFTER_DELETE_DAYS (current value: 0 day), meaning immediate deletion after read-only.
No reactivation is possible after final deletion: the customer must create a new account.
Plan changes
- Upgrade: applied immediately with prorated billing.
- Downgrade: applied at end of current billing period.
- One active plan per account at any given time.
Service guarantees
Tondnso targets 99% service availability and performs regular backups.
Limitation of liability
Tondnso is not liable for indirect damages, business interruption or data loss caused by non-compliant use, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure caused by force majeure events under French law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. French competent courts shall have jurisdiction in case of dispute.
